Customers will receive advance notice of their shipping date, with tracking information, before their order leaves our farm. Planning to be out of town? No problem, simply login to your online account and notify us in advance of shipment.
Each month, customer boxes will be shipped frozen, in insulated packaging, on the Tuesday following the receipt of orders. We will notify customers the week before shipment and again once their order ships. All boxes are sent via FedEx Ground and should be received within 2 days of shipment. Should any delay in shipment be foreseen or occur, our shipping partner, PeriShip will be in direct contact with customers.
Please note, products are delivered frozen; please allow products to thaw in the refrigerator 1-2 days prior to preparation. Please note that due to the heavy demand for shipping during the holiday season, we recommend placing new orders 2 weeks before the holidays in order to guarantee delivery.
